Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all complex commercial departments.
Develop, implement and own commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
Achieving ambitious business growth and targets
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
Involve and discuss with management team on business planning, strategy and growth
Planning Mega campaigns and driving consumer success stories.
Leads strategic relationship conversation with top accounts, sellers.
All management with regards to sellers, clients, partners and banks.
Negotiate, manage bigger partnerships such as banks.
Represent the commercial functions to media and functions in public
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports.
Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.

Workplace: Work at office

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements

Both males and females are allowed to apply
At least 7 years of working experience in relevant field, specially in e-commerce industry.
Must have a strong drive to grow and built the business
Strong e-Commerce knowledge and terms, commercial, sales and marketing knowledge
Strong sales acumen and ability to engage with top clients and to set and prioritize goals
Must have in-depth, and wide knowledge of the retail market.
Experience of handling a team in fast changing work environments.
Focus on data driven decision making and the ability to built strong processes from scratch.
Strong contacts with retailers, distributors and principals is a benefit.
Creativity and innovation and Analytical skills to make accurate business judgements.
