Position: Business Relationship Officer - Distribution Network

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve new business in assets, liability, accounts, cards etc.
• Ensure retention of business target;
• Manage the PAR and NPL of the individual portfolio;
• Maintain relationships with the customers and other important stakeholders;
• Ensure high-quality services to the stakeholders;
• Onboard profitable customer relationships and new-to-bank customers.

Educational Requirements: 4 years of graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.

Additional Requirements

• Preference would be given to candidates with experience in Retail Banking Products;
• Must have experience in working financial services industry (especially with incentive structure);
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
