A. Job Responsibilities:
This job is primarily responsible for business procurement for uposhakha. This incumbent is also responsible to act as representative of the bank in the vicinity of the respective uposhakha
This role is responsible for marketing the asset & liability products for uposhakha & ensuring Asset & Liability application processing, achieving uposhakha performance & ensuring task accomplishment & most importantly, ensuring all compliance & audit requirements are met in all operations. Detailed job responsibilities are as follow-
- Search for new clients and book new accounts
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Explain product features to the prospective clients
- Maintain and nurture existing clients
- Cross-sell different products of the bank
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Help Uposhakha in-charge in reporting business status to the Head Office
- Prevent any sort of fraud and forgery that may take place
- Provide best possible service from Uposhakha to the customers
- Identify customer needs and convey Head Office accordingly for taking necessary steps
- Take part in arranging marketing campaigns in the locality
- Help Uposhakha in-charge in facing the internal and external audit teams and serve them with all required data and documents
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Updating himself regarding knowledge on Bank's products and services to provide up-to-date services to customers
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
B. Profile Requirements Qualification Skills:
Educational Requirement: Minimum Bachelor/Hon's (CGPA Not less than Second Class) from any reputed university
Age Limit: Not more than 30 Years
C. Salary: BDT 17,000 + Commission
Conversion to Permanent Job: Job may be regularized to permanent role after 3 (three) years based on performance & Bank's Assessment process.
