Building Manager
Job Context
The role of this position is to supervise overall taking care of the commercial & residential building, such as, schedule maintenances, inspections, repairs ensuring good state of equipment's.
Job description of Building Manager:
- To collect monthly service charge money and pay salaries, utility bills, expenses, etc.
- To ensure proper maintenance/ repair/ security/ cleaning works of the building.
- To maintain/ prepare monthly income/ expenditures statements.
- To maintain communication with the occupants and suppliers/ vendors of the building.
- To ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of lifts/ Generator(s)/ water pumps, substation, meters, CCTV, common lights, glass, gym, water body, ventilation system, fire system, water tanks, AC, gas, electrical system, structure, water system, gardens, lighting arrestor etc.
Employment Status: Full-time, 6 days/ week.
Educational Requirements: Science Graduate/ Electrical or civil diploma engineering.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years in relevant field.
- Age range 28 years and above.
- Sound knowledge on MS Word and Excel.
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable
