AMBER GROUP invites applications from energetic & dynamic candidates to recruit in the following positions for Amber Super Paper Ltd.
Position: Assistant Officer, Accounts (2)
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- M.Com (Accounting)/MBA in Finance and Accounting.
- 2 years' relevant experience in industrial & manufacturing company in Finance & Accounts will be given preference.
Additional Requirements:
- Good knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Computer skills on MS Excel/MS Word will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling cash or check transactions.
- Cash book & ledger book posting.
- Preparing Cash/Bank/Debit/Credit and other vouchers. Prepare money receipt.
- Checking receipt & payment vouchers.
- Recording bank transactions in computerized accounting software
- Preparing daily and monthly cash-receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Preparing journal entries and posting to general ledger.
- Maintaining suppliers account, record and update payment information into the software.
- Other day to day activity & periodic project assigned by supervisor
Job Location: Corporate office & Factory premises.
