Position: Assistant Medical Director

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring that the hospital's strategic objectives, goals, and initiatives are achieved through its daily activities.
• Responsible for playing a strong leadership role and in that capacity will assist CEO/Managing Director on safe, dependable, and cost-efficient practices.
• Responsible to work closely with CEO/Managing Director to implement broad management objectives.
• Ensure quality of care – patient safety and patient satisfaction.
• Updated on hospital safety practices, communicated regularly with physicians, patients, and staff members, and comply with all regulatory requirements mandated by the government.
• Manage and effectively utilize available resources, employees, physicians, and staff members including resident doctors, nurses, technicians, and other staff members and ensure that high-tech information systems and modern and state-of-the-art medical equipment are available to meet patient and staff needs.
• Responsible to maintain cordial & workable relationships with physicians and other caregivers of the hospital.

Educational Requirements: MBBS with MPH in Hospital Administration/Public Health or MBA in Management.

Experience & Additional Requirements:

• 3-5 Years' experience in hospital management.
• Age below 45 Years.
• Applicant should be Non - Smoker.
