We are looking for dynamic individual to work with our Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operation and maintenance activities of Generator, Substation, Boiler, Air Compressor.
- Designing and preparing Upgradation and Modification Strategy for control systems
- Ensure on time breakdown data management and do RCA analysis of day-to-day breakdown to improve machine health conditions. Prepare report of maintenance • Ensure proper inventory of Utility & spare parts
- Prepare and review utility SOP, EOP, and conduct training for staffs and ensure compliance of the documents
- Proactive involvement in QMS activities to ensure on time closing CR, CAPA, Deviation & Risk assessment etc.
- Perform energy monitoring of the site, prepare monthly report and take proactive action for energy savings
- Execute project activities such as BOQ preparation, technical evaluation & comparative study, installation, commissioning, Qualification etc.
- Ensure running of machines/equipment's on agreed efficiencies and ensure maximum utilization in production units
- Look after electrical maintenance, automation projects and digitalization.
- Supervise Engineering technical people in maintenance issues on site.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirement for Maintenance activities.
- Supervise the daily electro-mechanical repair & maintenance work of maintenance team and maintain its record
Desired Profile: B. Sc in EEE, Specialization in control system and industrial automation is highly preferable.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years hands on experience in troubleshooting in Pharma Industry.

- Possess appropriate approach for system analysis and problem solving
- Strong skills in trouble shooting.
- Ability to work under short deadlines and pressure.
- Demonstrated capacity to negotiate vendors on different company purpose.
- Efficiency in managing people and to make them work.
- Knowledge of machine automations.
- Language requirements: Fluent in English & Bangla
