Job Responsibilities
- Process and check all invoices on daily and handover to bill collectors for delivery to companies within 48 hours
- Reconcile and verify guest ledger high balance on daily
- Reconcile credit cards purchases on daily; i.e. AMEX/VISA/MASTER/ANY OTHERS
- Reconcile and pass credit cards purchases to the general ledger on daily basis
- Credit Cards disputes resolved before month-end
- Reconcile all advance deposit accounts and transfer to GL on daily basis
- Verify all in-house city ledger accounts are backed by approved credit letters
- Maintain a filing system for account receivable records
- Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system
- Return cheque during the month cleared
- AR balance confirmation obtained from all clients
- Handle correspondence and queries regarding city ledger accounts
- Respond to and resolve account queries
- Reconciliation of AR accounts
- Collate suppliers documentation for processing
- Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing
- Maintain a filing system for accounts receivable records
- Maintain clear lines of communication with outside companies to ensure timely and accurate supply of goods and services
- Maintain open communication with Managers.
- Check arithmetic accuracy and invoices
- Assist in preparing the accruals journal at month-end
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Knowledge of collection and credit reporting procedures
- Experience with intermediate to advanced Excel functions
- Proficiency in computer software applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
