About the Role:
This Assistant Manager role includes supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Providing counseling on policies and procedures. Being actively involved in leave management, letter distribution. Ensure all HR operational process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the employee leave management to ensure that the employees are compliant with the leave policy and update the leave database accordingly.
- Prepare monthly payroll sheet of Augmedix Bangladesh employees by adjusting salary, leave, weekend shifts, holidays and bonuses.
- Prepare and distribute letters to employees for organizational requirements such as confirmation, increment, promotion, term changes and other certificates.
- Maintain and update both ADP and zenefits whenever there is new joiners entry, termination and term changes of both BD and US employees.
- Update Compliance tracker, police verification and prepare OIG report for both US and BD AXBD employees required for operational purposes.
- Update information of Company Organogram and employee directory required for management.
- Provide various employee headcount reports for managerial decision making purposes.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to ensure that all HR operational processes are fit for purpose
- Lead the development of innovative policies and creative methods of working for wellbeing, employee engagement and related initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduation from any reputed university
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in human resources
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Sound knowledge of labor laws
