Position: Assistant Manager, Event & Campaign Management

Job Responsibilities

Manage all the campaigns with offline merchants from Trade Marketing for planning POSM materials, create team's readiness to launch and execute campaigns on time.
Prepare Campaign brief for every campaign and circulate among the related stakeholders.
Work closely with cross functional teams to making sure campaign POSM design, launch date and other related things are on track and hand the execution job over to the execution team.
Monitor all the merchant campaigns: Understand the modality and purpose of campaigns, collect campaign performance reports and inform relevant teams for corrective actions.
Plan and roll-out commercial division events as per management requirement. From Ideation of the event to vendor selection & finalization of the event flow and activities as approved by commercial management and supervise vendor to finally execute the event flawlessly.
Plan, get approval from commercial management, prepare briefing and drive channel engagement programs with channel partners: Ideate, collect approvals, brief and supervise vendors to finally execute the programs.
All kinds of communication to be made to respective stakeholders prior to the commencement of the events.
Drive any kind of special POSM execution project related to bKash merchant alike HoReCa. Need to work closely with the respective merchant team members to negotiate with the respective merchant for the POSM ideation to be locked and get design from marketing and arrange to execute the job.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
