Position: Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Analytics
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative methods to gather and interpret relevant supply chain data (productivity, costs, outbound volume, demand patterns, supply patterns, etc.)
- Evaluate and seek to improve areas of supply chain operations that require improvement.
- Performs demand planning and ensure proper S&OP process across the SBUs.
- Investigates problems, find root causes, and develops solutions with minimal direction.
- Executes periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders.
- Provides analytical support for software implementation projects, continuous improvement, and cost savings.
- Collaborates with other supply chain functions and SBUs to share best practices.
Educational Requirements: Graduation/ Post-graduation in any discipline with minimum 5- 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
Experience Requirements: 5 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Technical understanding of all Supply Chain fundamentals, in all functional areas: planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and numbers.
- Ability to process structured/unstructured data, data cleansing.
- Ability to visualize, articulate problems/patterns from data, and interpret the causes of problems is key for this position
