Job Context: This position is responsible for supporting and analyzing the existing and newly developed systems` issue.
Job Responsibilities
- Analysis of application issue and resolution with proper correspondence
- Development of any change in software system
- System administration and support
- Platform related maintenance
- Deployment and backup
- Log and platform monitoring
- Fine turning, communication with vendor for system improvement and bug fixing.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Preferably in Computer Science.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, IT Enabled Service, Leasing, Software Company
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Experience of working Temenos T24 Core Banking System will be an added advantage

- Sound knowledge on MS office package
- Excellent analytical skill on any software application issue.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Sound knowledge on Oracle, Java, Linux command, Server Monitoring
