Job Responsibilities

Prepare sales strategy and forecast as per company target
-
Implement sales policy effectively to achieve the target in monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
-
Ensure sales deed on behalf of company and submit all sales report on-time to management
-
To deal at the final negotiation with buyer and seller for a successful conversion
-
Monitor individual performance of sales people, provide guide line to overcome the short-fall and motivate for development
-
Develop and ensure innovative marketing campaigns that generate excitement and enhance market share
-
Take initiative to increase sales leads and conversion rate of individuals
-
Guide to prepare communication material such as brochure, flyer, billboard, newspaper and magazine ads
-
Provide thoughts and inputs on creative design for communicating materials
-
Assist to implement various brand campaigns, events and harvest the success
-
Conduct competitive strategic analysis, customer segmentation and input customers' satisfaction
-
Ensure and maintain company culture in the sales team
-
Support land procurement activity and prepare a successive plan as per sales forecasting
Workplace: Work at office
Educational Requirements

Master in Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline.

Education requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates
Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements

Age 32 to 45 years

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales, Marketing, Personal Selling, B2B, B2C.

Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.

Minimum 5 years in Sales Leadership Position.

The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.

Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.

Should have strong communication skill.
