Position Title: Administrative Support Officer- Human Resource
Position: 01
Location: Cox's Bazar Regional Office under CARE Bangladesh.
Duration: Duration of the Contract will be up to August 15, 2024 with possibility of extension.

The Administrative Support Officer (ASO)-HR will work closely with Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Officer and other colleagues in dealing with Human Resources management functions. This position is designed to provide administrative and logistic support to the day-to-day operations of the HR Department as well as to provide necessary documentation support to the other field office and CARE Bangladesh Dhaka HR department if needed.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Should have 2-3 years experiences in the relevant field.
- MBA (HRM) or Masters in any discipline from reputed University. Having HR related Diploma/courses will be an added advantage. Educational qualifications can be relaxed if the candidate has adequate skills and experience.
- Good skills of MS Office applications including Outlook Calendar utility.
- Good interpersonal and communication (reading, writing, listening and speaking) skills.
- Fluency in English and Bangla is essential (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
