China contributed 70% of global exports for Christmas tree lighting sets and 90% for other Christmas decorations, excluding candles and natural trees, in 2022.

Its Christmas tree lighting industry boasted a total export value of $944.56 million, far ahead of Cambodia and the Netherlands, which ranked second and third.
