A specialised talk-show programme, Fifty Percent is being aired on Bangladesh Television (BTV) every Saturday, featuring successes and crises of women. 

Women from different walks of life take part in the show and share their experiences. It is being aired at 11am on Saturdays.  

Women have played a greater role in the development of Bangladesh. They have utilized their prowess and skills to make a name for themselves in various sectors. 

Women's contribution in various sectors such as education, culture, sports and journalism in Bangladesh is clearly visible to the nation.  

BTV's latest show "Fifty Percent" acts as a platform to help various talented women to come forward and discuss stories about their struggle, success, happiness and achievement to the audience, said a press release. 

The show is produced by Shahjaman Sardar Shimul and hosted by Warda Ashraf.
