Vir Das to be part of Judd Apatow's project ‘The Bubble’ for Netflix

Popular Indian actor-comedian Vir Das has been roped in for Judd Apatow's upcoming comedy project "The Bubble".

The Netflix film is a comedy about a group of actors and actresses stuck in a pandemic bubble inside a hotel who are attempting to finish a studio franchise film, reports Bollywood Hungama. 

The show boasts of a huge comedy cast including Karen Gillan, Iris Apatow, Fred Armisen, Maria Bakalova, David Duchovny, Keegan-Michael Key, Leslie Mann, Pedro Pascal, and Peter Serafinowicz.

Vir Das is currently busy shooting for the film in England. The actor said he is thrilled to be part of this mega comedy project. 

"I have been shooting for this for a bit now and I'm very excited to be part of this mega comedy project. Everyone on this cast is immensely funny and we're making something special," Vir Das added. 

The comedian is best known for films like "Go Goa Gone" and "Whiskey Cavalier."

Judd Apatow have been known for producing comedy films like "The 40-Year-Old Virgin", "Knocked Up", "The King of Staten Island" and HBO's Emmy-winning 2018 title "The Zen Diaries Of Garry Shandling".
