Selena Gomez confirms collaboration with K-pop band ‘Blackpink’

Selena Gomez has finally confirmed collaboration with popular K-pop band BLACKPINK

The singer posted the news on her Instagram account stating that she is "so excited to announce @BlackPinkOfficial and I have a new song coming out August 28th, "  reported by Billboard.

The pop star posted the caption with a picture of a sweet and sparkling art featuring the two acts' names over what appears to be dripping chocolate.

The announcement comes just a week after YG Entertainment teased a secret collaboration, and the upcoming song will follow BLACKPINK's record-breaking single, "How You Like That."

BLACKPINK's highly anticipated debut studio album will be arriving on October 2 via YG Entertainment/Interscope Records.

The untitled song of Blackpink and Selena Gomez will be released on Aug 28.
