The virus has primarily affected the older people around the world and Reynolds spoke for elderly people like his mother.

Ryan Reynolds through a 90-second voice requested young people to partying in the middle of a pandemic. And by that he meant "Don't kill my mom".

Lockdowns in many countries hoped to hinder the spread of the coronavirus but ended up seeing surge in house parties. Canada's provincial premiere John Horgan's video asked for help from Seth Rogen and Ryan Reynolds in educating young people of the dangers that comes with partying right now.

And Reynolds answered his call; in his memo the star urged people to avoid gatherings, particularly to avoid parties. The Deadpool star said, "You young folks in BC: Yeah, they're partying, which is of course dangerous, and they probably don't know that thousands of young people aren't just getting sick from coronavirus, that they're also dying from it too."

The actor added bringing his mom into the conversation, "My mom, I mean, she doesn't want to be cooped in her apartment all day; she wants to be out there cruising Kitsilano Beach, looking for some young 30-something Abercrombie burnout to go full Mrs. Robinson on."

The virus has primarily affected the older people around the world and Reynolds spoke for elderly people like his mother.

"Let's not kill anyone. I think that's reasonable," the actor concluded in his memo.

Canada is still regularly battling to keep the coronavirus in check. Their largest provinces have seen almost 100,000 cases combined.
