Isabelle Fuhrman who scared everyone with her brilliant performance in 2009 hit film 'Orphan' will reprise her role in the prequel.
Isabelle will be seen again as Esther, a murderous woman who uses her primordial dwarfism to pretend to be a 9 year old girl, reports Deadline.
The film titled 'Orphan: First Kill' has kept its plot under wraps. In the first film, it was revealed that Esther is actually a 33 year old woman, Leena Klammer, who has murdered at least seven other people, including the last family who tried to adopt her.
The filmmakers will be using a combination of forced perspective shooting and a world-class makeup team to make Isabelle look like her child-like character, Esther.
Fuhrman will return as star and associate producer on the project while 'The Boy and The Devil Inside' filmmaker William Brent Bell will direct the film.
The original film 'Orphan' starring Vera Farmiga and Peter Sarsgaard was produced by Leonardo DiCaprio. The movie which was made on a $20 million budget earned $78 million worldwide.
