Musician For Life to organise concert to raise fund for Tuhin’s treatment

Tuhin has been suffering from anemia for the last one and a half months. It is needed to give immunoglobulin/IVIG to his body which is worth Tk2 lakh per dose, said a press release on Sunday.

Musician For Life is going to organise a live concert on 5 February in order to raise funds for the treatment of Tuhin, a coordinator of Hearts Relation Band (HRB).

Tuhin has been suffering from anemia for the last one and a half months. It is needed to give immunoglobulin/IVIG to his body which is worth Tk2 lakh per dose, said a press release on Sunday.

In the initial stage, he needs five doses and later it will require five more doses according to his health condition. The estimated cost of his treatment would stand Tk20 lakh. In this circumstance, some bands of the country are going to arrange the charitable concert, reads the press release.

Convener of Musician For Life and Vocalist of Mechanix Aftabuzzaman Tridib said the main purpose of the charitable organisation-Musician For Life- is to give a hand to the musicians of the country in their rainy days.  

"Spectators and listeners are the inspiration for us. The effort of fund collection would be more successful when they would be connected with us. The words -- man for man -- will get appropriate meaning when we all come forward for each other," he added.
