Kanye West revives his presidential bid with Oklahoma ballot
There is still confusion whether the rapper is actually running for president or not.

Kanye West met the requirements to appear on Oklahoma's presidential ballot, the first state where he met the requirements before the filing deadline.
Kanye West's representative filed with $35,000 and that on the state's deadline. Even if Kanye drops out anytime soon, he is expected to be on the Nov 3 ballot according to reports by Guardian.
In total, 3 independent candidates filed to be on the state ballot. The list includes a concert pianist Jade Simmons, entrepreneur Brock Pierce, and Kanye West himself.
The filing came a day after New York Magazine's Intelligencer quoted West's adviser Steve Kramer as saying "he's out" and noting that the staff were in the process of being dismissed.
West has already missed the deadline to qualify for the ballot in several states, and it's unclear if he is willing or able to collect enough signatures required to qualify in others.
According to various news outlets, Kanye West who had been previously diagnosed with bipolar disorder wanted to model his presidency according to the fictional land of "Black Panther".
