Kanye West accuses Wisconsin Democrats of spying on him

Kanye West has responded to a complaint from the Wisconsin Democrat Party, in which they contended that he submitted fake signatures.

TMZ exclusively reported that Kanye firmly believes the Wisconsin Democratic Party is behind the invalid signature saga. The tabloid also reports that the rapper claims the party is taking the path of harassment and intimidation against his campaign.

In the document, obtained by TMZ, Kanye claims the Democratic party hired a private investigator to track his signature-gathering street team ... as part of an "organized effort of harassment and intimidation" against his candidacy.

The complaint against Kanye came from a man who's reported to be at the front of regional democratic party.

However, Kanye has to defend himself legally. As the complaint states, he submitted invalid signatures to be on the state ballot. Some claiming with affidavits that they were tricked into being signatories for his campaign.

Kanye was booted of the Illinois ballot over similar issues. Now the rapper's legal will be reviewed by a bi-partisan panel. And we'd soon find out if Kanye's presidential dream is over or not.
