‘I like to move it’ song’s DJ Morillo dies at 49

Erick Morillo, the internationally recognized DJ behind the iconic 90's hit "I like to move it" has passed away at the age of 49.
Police found Morillo's body in his Miami Beach home. However, details about his death haven't been publicly revealed.
Erick Morillo had been in the limelight for some time, as the DJ was recently accused of assaulting a female DJ. Morillo denied the alleged sexual assault claims.
Morillo's "I like to move it" has been used in several iconic films as well. Notably, the song was featured in DreamWorks animated film "Madagascar" as well as its sequel, which included voice work from Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Sacha Baron Cohen.
The DJ was reported to have a court hearing this Friday regarding the sexual assault charges of last month.
