Vedder also released music video for the song "Matter of Time."

Recently, Pearl Jam front -man Eddie Vedder released two new tracks, "Matter of Time" and "Say Hi," at a virtual charity event "Venture Into Cures", reports Indiwire.

The event was hosted by Vedder and his wife, Jill. Vedder also released music video for the song "Matter of Time."

The online event was organised as a benefit for a nonprofit Vedder and Jill founded in 2014. The nonprofit called "EB Research Partnership" is an organisation dedicated to researching treatments and educating the public on Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a genetic skin disorder that affects roughly 500,000 people and for which there is no known cure.

The songs are also tied to the cause. Vedder originally wrote "Say Hi" for Eli Meyer, a young boy suffering from EB and struggling to feel accepted by his peers.

With a motto to raise funds for the research programme, the rockstar invited other celebrities to support him and appear alongside him at Venture Into Cures.

The list of invited celebrities include David Letterman, Adam Levine, Jon Batiste, Billie Eilish, Chris Hemsworth, Laura Dern, among others.

Fans can now pre-order the dual singles on vinyl, as well as a limited-edition event poster, with all proceeds going towards EB Research Partnership.
