Bangladeshi films to be screened at IVIFF

Two Bangladeshi films, ‘The Birth Land’ and ‘Bijli’ will be screened at the festival

Organised by South Asia Forum for Art and Creative Heritage, the second edition of Indus Valley International Film Festival (IVIFF) will be held from October 2 to 10. Films from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan will be screened at the online festival. 

The digital film festival will also include workshops, masterclasses, music concerts, and award giving ceremony. 

"The Birth Land," and "Bijli," are two films from Bangladesh to be screened at the festival. 

"Anaagat," an award-winning film from Nepal, will also be part of the screening. 

Sri Lankan films to be screened at the festival are "Paangshu" and "Suparna." 

"Ho Mannn Jahan," a critically acclaimed feature film from Pakistan will be screened at the festival while the documentary, "The Walnut Tree" will also be a part of the screenings. 

Indian documentary, "Windfall of Grace," will be screened for the first time at this festival.
