Actor Abdul Kader hospitalised with serious illness

Popular actor Abdul Kader has been admitted to a hospital in Tamil Nadu of India in a critical physical condition. 

Family sources confirmed the information to The Business Standard, saying he is now being treated at Christian Medical College Hospital of Vellore in Tamil Nadu.

He went to India's Chennai a few days ago for receiving treatment and has been diagnosed with cancer there. 

His physical condition is now at a critical stage as the situation is deteriorating gradually, said his family members.

Abdul Kader played the role of Badi in Humayun Ahmed's popular drama serial "Kothao Keu Nei."
