Peanut butter cups

Ingredients

3 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted

1 cup chocolate (170 g), melted

½ cup creamy peanut butter (120 g)

Directions

First, you need to prepare a cupcake tin with liners. You can make around 6 butter cups with this recipe. 

In a bowl mix peanut butter and powdered sugar together until smooth

Now, spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate in the bottom of each cupcake liner.

Next, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate and then add more chocolate on each liner and smooth out the top.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate has hardened.

Remove peanut butter cups from the liners. And your peanut butter cups are ready to enjoy.
