Pan Cake
Basic Ingredients -
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg (beaten)
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoon of oil
Directions -
Take a large bowl. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in the bowl. Make a whole in the center, and pour in milk, and egg. Now, add the oil in the mix. Mix everything well until the batter is smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve with butter and syrup or honey.
