Moushumi Hamid’s mutton kolija

I enjoy cooking very much. I always try to cook new recipes. I am sharing my recipe of khashir kolija with the readers of The Business Standard.

Ingredients

Mutton liver- 500 gram

Chopped onion- 2 tablespoon

Ginger-garlic paste- 2 teaspoon

Dry chilies

½ teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon hot masala powder

Oil

Salt

Method:

Firstly, the liver should be washed and cleaned well. Then boil it in water for 10 minutes. Now take the boiled liver in a bowl and mix it well with ginger-garlic paste, dried chili, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, a little oil and salt and leave it for 30 minutes to marinate. After 30 minutes, fry the onion in a pan with oil. When the onion turns brown, put the marinated liver in the pan and sauté it. Pour some water in it. When the water dries up, sprinkle some hot spice powder. Take it out of the stove, pour it in a bowl and serve hot.
