For centuries, people around the world have been drinking herbal teas with an array of health benefits. Herbal, or spherical, teas give your healthy diet a boost of added nutrients and help break down the food we eat. Drinking various herbal teas regularly will improve digestion over time.

Ginger Tea

Ginger tea has countless benefits for the human body. Drinking ginger tea in the morning or before any heavy meal improves digestive health and prevents heartburn, stomach ache and indigestion. Ginger helps the break down the food we consume faster. This tea also prevents cold and cough, specially in the winter.

Lemongrass Tea

Lemongrass tea has been the remedy for constipation for centuries since ancient time. It is mostly used as an ancient Chinese remedy to help ease certain stomach issues. Lemongrass contains a compound called citral which provides anti-inflammatory benefits that fight stomach bloating and constipation.

Peppermint tea  

Peppermint oil is the ultimate remedy for irritable bowel syndrome in ayurvedic medicine. It is consumed for it's stomach calming properties in both Europe and Asia. Peppermint has been used for thousands of years for its pleasant, minty taste and health benefits. Peppermint tea contains a natural chemical that keeps the digestive tract in check by reducing spasms in the gut.

The tea is made using dried peppermint leaves, along with a selection of other herbs.
