Puran Dhaka

Panam Nagar, Sonargaon

Panam city, also known as Panam Nagar in Bengali, is a fully abandoned city of Hindu merchants built in the early nineteenth century. Though the city is almost destroyed, you can still get the taste of the then architecture by visiting this place. is located in the Sonargaon district and about 37 kilometers away from Dhaka.

Nikli Sunflower garden, Kishorganj

Besides a lucrative crop for farmers, Sunflowers attract visitors with its yellowish charm. So In the month of sunflower-bloom, it would be an opportunity to enjoy nature with the sun shining upon your back.

This flower garden can be found in the Nikli Beribadh area of Kishoreganj district. From Dhaka, it will take not more than 5hrs to reach.

If you want to see the red fire on the branches of trees, you must visit Shimul Bagan, located in Manigaon village near the Jadukata river in the Sunamganj district. This Shimul tree garden spread over an area of more than 100 bighas leaving its visitors in an astonishing mode.

From Dhaka, it will take half a day to reach there. So it's perfect for a two-day-trip.

The third nature-induced spot in this list is one of the most hyped places of Savar, Golap Gram! Easy to reach and a low-budget spot like this will always be a favorite for the youths. If you want to be enchanted by the vast rose garden and its fragrance, you can visit Sadullapur village. Which is located in Birulia union of Savar near Dhaka. You will also find gardens of germination, gladiolus and tuberose there.

From Dhaka, it will take an hour to reach the spot (If there's no traffic).

The Padma Resort, Munshiganj

The Padma Resort, located in the wake of the middle of the Padma river, can be a wonderful place for your  family or friends hangout. The resort is in the Munshiganj District which is about 50 kilometers away from Dhaka.

It will approximately take two hours to reach.
