In terms of design, outlook, and innovation, Asus has always been ahead of the curve among all the laptop manufacturers in the world. The name Asus is derived from the last four letters of "Pegasus" - the magnificent winged horse found in Greek mythology which represents a flair for the arts and innovativeness.

Hence, Asus tends to deliver every new product in the market with dashing features, quality, and innovativeness to represent its strength, creativity, and purity it embodies from Pegasus.

The multinational electronics manufacturing company based in Taiwan – Asus, produces nearly all the components required for electronic usage. The company is also an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), which means Asus provides necessary components required by other manufacturers to design and build their products.

Asus manufactures different lines of products and every product line has its own series. In terms of laptops, there are 10 series that are currently being built. Among them, the ZenBook series stands out the most. These ultra-books were first released in 2011 and designed as sleek and simplistic without compromising battery life.

In the beginning of this decade, most laptops tended to be bulkier to ensure longer battery life. But the ZenBook series was an exception. The models in this series have a longer battery life as they are equipped with low power Intel processors, solid state drives (SSD), and built within a unibody chassis.

Among the recent models of the ZenBook series, the "UX433FA" laptop has been getting a lot of attention. The ZenBook 14 UX433FA is currently the world's smallest 14-inch laptop. This device embodies creativity, style, and innovation with its unique design and technology.

Equipped with frameless nano edge display, it has a 92 percent screen-to-body ratio that provides an immersive viewing experience which is simply breathtaking. Another great feature of the ZenBook is the number pad, which is basically a touchpad with a switchable numeric keypad for speedy data entry.

The number pad and cursor movement can be used simultaneously on the touchpad. The laptop is integrated with an Intel Core i7 8 Gen processor with 4.6 GHZ turbo boost, 8 GB ram and a 512 GB PCIe SSD which makes it two times faster than any 7 Gen CPU. It also provides comparatively longer battery life that ensures more productivity.

Exterior Design

The ZenBook 14 UX433FA has a uniquely compact design. Even though it is a 14-inch display laptop, it has the size of a 13-inch laptop measuring at 319x199x15.9mm in width, depth, and height (WDT) and weighs a mere 1.19 kg. The display has an ultra-slim frame with 92 percent screen-to-body ratio with the ceiling being a bit lower than the other edges to accommodate its IR webcam.

The ZenBook 14 UX433FA comes in two colors - Royal Blue and Icicle silver. The back of the laptop's lid is etched with a silver Asus logo and a circular "metal-spun" finish to synchronize with the ZenBook series. It also has a rose gold panel above the keyboard to add an extra touch of luxury.
This laptop also provides a feature called Ergolift Hinge that enables automatic tilting of the keyboard for the most comfortable typing experience. The tilt is measured to be at 3 degrees above any surface which additionally provides improved cooling system and smooth audio performance.

Laptops with such slim infrastructure tend to lack ports but Asus ZenBook provides adequate number of ports. The laptop houses the DC-in power socket, a full-sized HDMI input port, one USB 3.1 Type-A port and a USB 3.1 Type-C port. On the right, the microSD card reader, a USB 2.0 Type-A port and a 3.5mm audio jack can be found. The absence of a Thunderbolt 3 connectivity is clearly noticeable, but other than that, the ZenBook 14 meets every user's expectations.

Display and Performance

The ZenBook 14 has a crisp, glossy and high-resolution display that provides immaculate visuals with wide viewing angles and evocative, clear colors. It has a 1920 x 1080 Full HD (FHD) display with 100 percent standard Red Green Blue (sRGB) and 178-degree wide-view technology.

The laptop also features exclusive Asus technologies that includes ASUS Splendid and ASUS Tru2Life Video which enables the display to ensure comfort and color performance for viewing.

The performance of this laptop is quite extraordinary compared to its size. The ZenBook 14 UX433FA has a powerful Intel Core i7 8 Gen processor which delivers unbounded performance and all the raw and genuine power required for effortless computing. It also packs a 8 GB ram and 512 GB PCIe SSD which provides a smooth and powerful multitasking experience.

Whether you are shifting through complex documents, editing photos and videos, making animations, mining data, watching a 4k video or simply playing high definition games, the ZenBook 14 lets you do much more and grants you the power of doing it quickly and effortlessly.

Battery and extra features

The ZenBook 14 UX433FA has a high-capacity 50 Wh Li-polymer battery with a whopping 13-hour battery life. Therefore, however long and demanding your workday might be, this laptop ensures optimum productivity.

It has a full-sized backlit keyboard which delivers superb typing experience, especially because of its Ergolift hinge tilt feature. Furthermore, the ZenBook 14 introduces the number pad, a touchpad integrated with a switchable numeric keypad for fast and easy data entry.

It also has an advanced biometric hardware that works seamlessly with Windows Cortana; enabling you to wake up or log in into the device using just your face.
