The appeal of room dividers would never go away. But the designs evolve with time.

Glasses turned out to be a befitting alternative here whether you want to use it in home or in office. 

As there are different kinds of glasses in the market used as partitions such as frosted, etching, block, stained or one vision glass etc.
 
Glass etching or stained glass can be one of the best choices for separating living space from the rest of the house.

In case of decorating kids' room, colorful stickers on plain glass can be a good idea.
