Sabyasachi arrives in Dhaka for Gondi

Fakhrul Arefin Khan's Gondi is releasing this week on 7th February, 2020. Popular actor Sabyasachi Chakrabarty from West Bengal, who is the main protagonist of the movie, has arrived in Bangladesh on 4th February from Kolkata. 

Right after coming to Dhaka, he is got himself engaged with different media houses and press conference, for publicity campaigning of the movie. 

Regarding this, the Director of the movie Fakhrul Arefin says, "Dada has come for the publicity of the movie and we are planning to visit different television channel and media houses for the campaigning."

 He also mentioned that Sabyasachi would be staying in Dhaka until the movie releases on 7th February.

Apart from Sabyasachi, the cast of the movie also includes Suborna Mustafa, Maznun Mizan and Aparna Ghosh. 

Gondi is basically a story of two people falling in love by crossing the traditional age boundary. This romantic-comedy movie also depicts their friendship and how their society struggles to accept their relationship.  

Last year while shooting for the movie, Sabyasachi mentioned, "I am very much glad to act as the protagonist in this movie. I am enjoying coming to Bangladesh again. The hospitality of Bangladeshi people makes me very emotional every I visit."

The shooting for 'Gondi' has been done in different locations including London, Cox'sbazar and Dhaka. The shooting started in late 2018 and it packed up in 2019.
