Jaya Ahsan stars as a beautiful ghost in ‘Bhoot Pori’

The versatile actress Jaya Ahsan is back, and now she is going to entertain audiences with a haunting look in ‘Bhoot Pori.’

The Business standard contacted the ‘Bishorjon’ actress, and she confirmed that the shooting for the film ‘Bhoot Pori’ will start from 26th August in Bolpur.

The first look of the movie has been revealed in a poster where the actress looks beautifully haunting with her wicked wings. 

The film is being produced under the banner of Surinder Films Pvt Ltd., and is being directed by Soukarya Ghosal. 

‘Bhoot Pori’ revolves around a person who gets murdered in 1947 but is still unaware of her death. Fast forward to 2019 and the sweet little ghost meets a young boy who helps her solve the mystery behind her death and identify her murderer. 

The film also stars Ritwick Chakraborty,  Sudiptaa Chakraborty, and Bishonath Mukhopaday. 

Jaya has received a lot of praise for her acting in West Bengal. Her involvement in various movies such as Bishorjon, Konttho, Ek Je Chhilo Raja made her a fan-favourite in Tollygunge. Her latest film with Ritwick and Bini Shutoy awaits release.
