Shinepukur Ceramics declares 2% cash dividend

Shinepukur Ceramics Limited declared 2% cash dividend for the year ended on 30 June 2020 in its 23rd Annual General Meeting on Saturday.
The financial statement was disclosed at a virtual meeting presided over by Salman F Rahman, vice-chairman of the company, read a press release.
The company achieved sales of Tk120.508 crore and earned a gross profit and net profit of Tk.18.586 crore and Tk.3.159 crore respectively in the corresponding time.
The Shareholders approved the directors' report, audited financial statements for the year, 2% cash dividend, appointment of directors and appointment of auditors for the year 2020-21.
Directors Iqbal Ahmed, OK Chowdhury, Independent Director Barrister Faheemul Huq, Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Humayun Kabir and Executive Director & Company Secretary Mohammad Asad Ullah attended the meeting.
