Standard Bank holds public loan distribution program

Standard Bank Ltd has recently held a public loan distribution program in Gopalganj for bringing farmers under institutional financial services. 

Loans were distributed publicly to 168 customers in presence of managers and officials of 22 public and private scheduled banks, said a press release. 

General Manager of Financial Inclusion Department of Bangladesh Bank, Md Anwarul Islam was present as chief guest. 

SEVP and Khulna Regional Head of Standard Bank, Haider Nurun Nahar presided over the program. Head of Agriculture and Rural Credit Department of the bank, Md Aminul Islam was present as special guest on the occasion.
