Nihad Kabir reelected MCCI President for 2020

Nihad Kabir, a senior partner at Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed & Associates has been reelected as President of Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dhaka (MCCI) for the year of 2020. 

Her reelection was confirmed at MCCI's 115th annual general meeting held on 19 December, 2019. 

Anis A Khan, Director of W&W Grains Corporation, was elected as Vice President. He had previously served in the position for 2014 and 2015. 

An advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Nihad Kabir is a director of Kedarpur Tea Co Ltd, Brac Bank Limited, Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL), bKash, Guardian Life Insurance Limited, Independent Director of Square Pharmaceuticals Limited and Square Textiles Limited, as well as the Chairperson of BRAC EPL Investments Limited and BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited.
