Marcel holds yearly award programme for distributors
Marcel, a leading electronics brand in Bangladesh, has recognised 120 distributor organisations.
These distributors were praised for their exceptional contributions to sales growth and operational excellence over the past year.
Awards were presented across multiple categories. Recipients included distributors from 50 zones within Marcel's nationwide network.
The accolades were conferred at the Yearly Award Programme 2025. The event, held under the theme "Winning Together," was held at Marcel's corporate office in Dhaka on 11 April 2026.
Managing Director SM Mahbubul Alam presented crests and certificates to recipients.
In his address, he thanked and congratulated distributors. He praised their pivotal role in strengthening Marcel's sales through effective branding at the customer level.
He noted that Marcel's distributors and officials are advancing the brand. He acknowledged their dynamic marketing activities and contribution to Bangladesh's broader progress.
"Through your relentless efforts, Marcel has secured a lasting place in the hearts of Bangladeshis," he said.
He announced that the award initiative would continue. He said this would further motivate distributors to pursue innovative branding activities. He also pledged ongoing support for all aspects of their business operations.
Key attendees included Deputy Managing Director and Chief Information Officer, Mofizur Rahman. Heads of Sales Hasan Md Ruhin Sabbir and Md Matiur Rahman were also present, along with Chief Marketing Officer Zohayeb Ahmed.
The event concluded with a cultural programme hosted by actor Amin Khan.
