Chattogram witnessed the inauguration of CPDL's "Jhinuk" project in the city's Chawk Bazar area. The project, launched under the slogan "With Quality in Every Inch," aims to emphasise seamless time management, enhanced quality control, and innovative solutions to establish itself as a reliable partner in the housing sector.

On 21 August 2024, the construction of this landmark project was formally inaugurated in a ceremony. The event was attended by Chattogram City Corporation Commissioner Mohammad Khurshid Alam Chowdhury and CCCL Managing Director Engineer Iftikhar Rahman, among others.
