Road Transport and Bridges Minister and Awami League's General Secretary Obaidul Quader termed the national budget proposed today as people and development friendly.

He said people's life and livelihood got priority in the budget. With ensuring everyone's participation, it becomes a realistic and timely budget amid this pandemic-induced crisis moment.

Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal has placed Tk 6,03,681 crore national budget for the 2021-22 financial year aiming to strengthen the growth of the pandemic-hit economy.
