Tripartite MoU with Agrani Bank signed to provide home loans

The agreement was signed to start providing home loans under the loan policy-2019 at the boardroom of Finance Division at the secretariat in the city on Sunday.    

Agrani Bank Limited, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University (BSMRSTU), and Ministry of Finance signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide home loans for teachers and employees of public universities and University Grants Commission (UGC). 

The agreement was signed to start providing home loans under the loan policy-2019 at the boardroom of Finance Division at the secretariat in the city on Sunday, said a press release.    

Ministry of Finance Additional Secretary Md Ekhlasur Rahman, Agrani Bank Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Shams-ul Islam, and Register Md Abdur Rauf of BSMRSTU, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Additional Finance Secretary Biswajit Bhattacharya Khokon, Deputy Secretary Nazneen Sultana, Agrani Bank General Manager (CFO) Md Monowar Hossain, General Manager (FC) Dr Abdullah Al Mamun were present on the occasion.
