Sonali Bank, Buet and finance department sign MoU

Sonali Bank Limited, Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET) and Technology and finance division of the Ministry of Finance signed a MoU on Tuesday.

According to a press release, the MoU was signed with the purpose to initiate housing construction/flat purchase loan disbursement activities under the Home Construction Loan Policy-2019 for teachers/staff of Public Universities and University Grants Commission through banking system.

Md Ekhlashur R. Haman, additional secretary of finance division, Biswajit Bhattacharya Khokon, additional secretary in charge of Housing Loan Cell of Ministry of Finance, Md Afzal Karim, deputy Managing Director of Sonali Bank on behalf of NDC, CEO & Managing Director of the bank and many others were present in the MoU signing ceremony.
