SBAC Bank distributes sewing machines among poor women

South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce (SBAC) Bank Limited has distributed sewing machines among 100 women under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Fund.
A distribution programme was organised at Fakirhat upazila parishad auditorium in Bagerhat district on Sunday, reads a press release.
Bagerhat Deputy Commissioner ANM Faizul Haque was present as chief guest and SBAC Bank Chairman SM Amzad Hossainwas present as guest of honor at the programme. Fakirhat Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Tanvir Rahman presided over the programme.

Among others, Fakirhat Upazila Parishad Chairman Swapan Kumar Das, Vice-Chairman Sheikh MustahidSuza, Mohila Vice-Chairman Tahura Khanam, Assistant Commissioner (Land) Rahima Sultana Bushra, Fakirhat Union Chairman Shirin AkterKislu, Bahirdia-Mansa Union Chairman Fakir Rezaul Karim, Mulghar Union Chairman Hitler Goldar were present.
Hundred number of sewing machines were distributed among women including the representatives of 72 wards of the upazila.
