Rupali Bank hosts meeting on foreign trade
The state-owned Rupali Bank on Tuesday held business review meeting of foreign trade related branches.
29 import-export branches (AD branches) from across the country participated in the business conference organised by the foreign trade credit and international department of the bank, said a press release.
Rupali Bank Managing Director and CEO Md Obaid Ullah Al Masood inaugurated the meeting.
In his speech, he instructed the concerned branches to increase foreign trades. He also laid special emphasis on increasing deposits and recovering defaulted loans.
Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Khandaker Ataur Rahman was the special speaker in the meeting presided by DMD Mohammad Ebnuj Jahan.
DMD Mohammad Jahangir, General Managers Md Shafiqul Islam, Parsuma Alam, Md Mojibur Rahman, Sia Binte Ali, Khan Iqbal Hossain, Md Golam Mortuza, Wahida Begum, Md Shawkat Ali Khan, Salma Banu, Abul Khair, Yasmin Begum, CFO Shawkat Jahan Khan and all DGMs of the head office and regional offices alongside senior officials including branch managers of 29 AD branches were present at the meeting.
