Pubali Bank donates bus to BSMMU

As a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Ltd have donated a bus to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU). 

Managing Director of Pubali Bank Limited Md Abdul Halim Chowdhury handed over the key to the BSMMU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Kanak Kanti Barua. Mohammad Ali, additional managing director and chief operating officer of Pubali Bank Ltd was also present.

In his speech, Md Abdul Halim Chowdhury said, Pubali Bank is not only a profit oriented organization; it has some social responsibility. As a part of it, Pubali Bank donated a bus to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. 

He cited that such activities will be continued.

Vice-Chancellor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Professor Dr Kanak Kanti Barua praised such activities of Pubali Bank. 

BSMMU Pro-Vice Chancellor (Admin) Professor Dr Muhammad Rafiqul Alam,  Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research & Development) Professor Dr Mohd Zahid Hussain, Treasurer Professor Mohammed Atiqur Rahman, General Manager and RM of Dhaka Central Region of Pubali Bank Ltd Sultana Sarifun Nahar, and DGM & Head of Shahbag Avenue Branch Kazi Shaswoti Islam were present at the event among others.
