Currently, customers are increasingly using digital banking services amid the countrywide shutdown due to the Covid-19 global pandemic

To facilitate digital banking, Prime Bank Limited has made the Internet Banking registration easier for customers.

Currently, customers are increasingly using digital banking services amid the countrywide shutdown due to the Covid-19 global pandemic.

This is because the bank has made the onboarding process easier to provide its customers with delightful online banking experience, said a press release on Sunday.

Customers could avail of its latest Internet Banking service, Altitude, by visiting https://www.primebank.com.bd/altitude_self_register/. In this regard, they have to follow some simple steps that require less than ten minutes.

With two-factor authentication and SMS verification, Altitude is equipped with state-of-the-art security features to ensure the safety and security of the assets of customers.

The service will greatly benefit customers because they prefer banking from home during the shutdown time.

Customers could also avail real-time fund transfer between the Prime Bank and other banks' accounts, repayment of credit card bills, and many other utility services, the press statement said.

They could also get the real-time balance inquiry, download the account statement, and get details of FDR and deposit scheme, and loan information.

Rahel Ahmed, managing director and chief executive officer of the bank said, "Prime Bank has always been at the forefront of digital banking solutions. We believe digital banking is the future of banking as the customers now want banking services from the comfort of their home on a 24/7 basis."

"We believe the service will be greatly beneficial to the valued customers at this difficult time of coronavirus outbreak. We will continue to introduce more tech-enabled innovative banking services to help customers enjoy banking services from anywhere anytime," he added.

The bank's customers could download the Altitude App from Google Play Store. They could also call at 16218 or send an email to pib@primebank.com.bd for further queries about internet banking, said the press release.
