Jamuna Bank distributes sewing machines, auto-rickshaws

30 sewing machines and 30 auto-rickshaws were distributed among the poor, helpless and unemployed at Mirkadim Pourashava in Munshiganj

Jamuna Bank Foundation (JBF) and Al-Haj Nur Mohammed Trust distributed 30 sewing machines and 30 auto-rickshaws among the poor, helpless and unemployed at Goalghunni in Mirkadim Pourashava under Munshiganj district.

Md Moniruzzaman Talukdar, deputy commissioner of Munshiganj, distributed the sewing machines and auto-rickshaws as the chief guest of the distribution ceremony, read a press release issued by JBF.

Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, founding chairman of Al-Haj Nur Mohammed Trust, and chairman of JBF andexecutive committee of Jamuna Bank Limited, presided over the programme.

Abdul Momen, police super of Munshiganj, and Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, managing director and CEO of Jamuna Bank, were present on the occasion as special guests.

Several high officials of the bank and local eminent figures were also present in the programme.
