Brac Bank to provide digital banking services to PayWell

PayWell, a concern of CloudWell Limited, has signed a partnership agreement with Brac Bank for multiple digital payment and settlement services.

Sabbir Hossain, deputy managing director and chief operating officer of Brac Bank, and Anisul Islam, managing director and CEO of CloudWell Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, reads a press release.

The agreement will enable CloudWell to use the settlement services of Brac Bank for facilitating the transactions for its forthcoming PayWell digital wallet under the Payment Services Provider licence.

The integration between PayWell and Brac Bank will help customers of both the organisations enjoy smooth, reliable, and secure transactions conveniently.

Siraj Siddiquey (Shakil), head of digital banking; Al Kanan Chowdhury, manager of payment and partnership business at Brac Bank and Mohammad Kudratullah, chief marketing officer; Zayeed Al Karim, corporate and regulatory affairs manager of CloudWell Limited were also present on the occasion.
